The production of plastics in the EU27 continued to rise in the third quarter 2021 despite a decline in EU27 manufacturing production – thanks to the ongoing demand from abroad.
Plastics Europe is happy to share with you its “European Plastics Manufacturers Quarterly Report” for the third quarter of 2021.
This report provides a concise and well-structured overview of the economic developments in the European Union (EU27) on the following points, using official figures from Eurostat:
- GDP, production of the manufacturing industry and customer industries
- Price, production and foreign trade of plastics in primary forms
The next quarterly report will be published end of March 2022.
