Plastics Europe publishes the second edition of the “The Circular Economy for Plastics – A European Overview” report.
The newly released report is a contribution towards a better understanding of the circular economy of plastics in the EU27 + Norway, Switzerland and The United Kingdom.
It provides a European overview of 2020 plastics production, conversion, consumption and waste flows. It also addresses the production of recycled plastics and their use in different sector applications in Europe. Additionally, it evaluates how the circular economy of plastics has evolved in the EU27+3 compared to 2018.
