Het zal gemeenschappelijke eisen stellen op basis van de zes pijlers van de OCS-belofte die regelmatig zullen worden gecontroleerd door geaccrediteerde derde partijen. Op deze manier zal het de kunststofindustrie en de hele waardeketen van pelletsbehandelaars in staat stellen om op transparante wijze haar inspanningen te tonen waarmee zij concrete maatregelen implementeren om pelletverlies in het milieu te voorkomen. Het doel is om in 2025 alle bij PlasticsEurope aangesloten bedrijven extern te laten auditen.
