Het belangrijke voordeel van deze nieuwe methode is namelijk dat je aanzienlijk meer gemengde en vervuilde plasticstromen kunt verwerken. \u201cMet chemische recycling komt een eindproduct beschikbaar dat een prima basismateriaal oplevert voor het opnieuw produceren van hoogwaardig plastic\u201d, zegt een enthousiaste directeur Theo Stijnen van PlasticsEurope Netherlands, de belangenvereniging van de kunststof-producenten..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebaseerd op een position paper van Cefic (De European Chemical Industry Council) over Chemische Recycling heeft PlasticsEurope Netherlands een E-paper in het Nederlands opgesteld met need to know-informatie over chemische recycling in Nederland. De paper is bedoeld voor ge\u00efnteresseerden die zich willen laten informeren over de achtergronden en actualiteit omtrent chemische recycling en de nieuwe kansen voor hergebruik van plastic. Ook worden diverse initiatieven belicht.
