In een gezamenlijke formatiebrief benadrukt Plastics Europe, samen met partijen uit de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, chemie, recycling en verpakkingsketen dat Nederland op een kruispunt staat: zonder gericht beleid dreigt het verlies van productie\u2011 en recyclingcapaciteit aan het buitenland, met negatieve gevolgen voor economie, werkgelegenheid en klimaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nederland beschikt juist over een uitzonderlijke positie waar chemie, logistiek, recycling en innovatie samenkomen. Om die koppositie te behouden en te versterken, vragen wij om <strong>drie kernmaatregelen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een stabiel investeringsklimaat, inclusief vergunningversnelling, infrastructuur en financi\u00eble ondersteuning om tijdelijke kostenverschillen met fossiele alternatieven te overbruggen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actieve marktcreatie, onder meer via Europese normering, tariefdifferentiatie in producentenverantwoordelijkheid en circulaire publieke inkoop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een sterk Europees speelveld, met handhaving en bescherming tegen oneerlijke concurrentie buiten de EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een circulaire plasticketen is niet alleen een milieudoel, maar ook een strategische kans voor nieuwe duurzame bedrijvigheid in Nederland en Europa.
