Diskutiert werden die Engp\u00e4sse am Arbeitsmarkt, neue Ans\u00e4tze in der Nachwuchsgewinnung und die Rolle von Diversit\u00e4t in der Branche. Erg\u00e4nzend geben junge Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler im Science Slam ungew\u00f6hnliche Einblicke in ihre Forschung. Vertreterinnen und Vertreter aus Industrie, HR und Wissenschaft er\u00f6rtern, welche Strategien sich in der Praxis bew\u00e4hren \u2013 von der Gewinnung technischer Fachkr\u00e4fte bis hin zu neuen Wegen im Recruiting. Auf der B\u00fchne: Nach einer Keynote folgen Best-Practice-Beitr\u00e4ge und eine Podiumsdiskussion mit F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften aus Unternehmen und Forschung.
